Chapter 5: Fake Death

“Lets play hide and seek okay ?” The sweet memories of you and Kaname in the woods when you were little will always be cherish in your heart. 

Kaname chuckle and look at you with love in his eyes, “Very well, You hide I count.” He turns around to face a tree and start to count to twenty. You cover your mouth with your little hands trying not to giggle, looking around you try to find a good hiding spot. 

“5…6…7…8…” 

You look down at a old empty wolf den, “No, not there. Too dirty.” 

“10…11..12…13..” 

A bush full of berries was spotted and you look around it, “Nah.”

“15…16…17..”

You found a perfect spot: Behind a tree.

“20. Ready your not here I come !” Kaname yelled signaling you that he’s ready for the hunt. 

You cover your mouth with your hands trying not to giggle, ‘He will never find me.’ You said in your thoughts. Kaname was walking around the same area you were, he sniff the air like an animal. He knew where you were but he just wanted to play with his prey. Shuffling sound with a growl was made in your right, you turn your head to the direction where the sound. Pack of wolves came out from the bushes growling at you with hunger in their eyes, your eyes widen in fear and it didn’t took long for you to run. 

The wolves chase after you like you were their deer, you move your tiny legs as fast as you can but they were coming quick. Tears were running down your cheeks from your (E/C) eyes, you didn’t want to die, not here, not ever. 

“Kaname help ! Mama ! Papa help me please !” You felt a tug from the bottom of your dress you look behind to see a gray wolf grabbing the small fabric with its teeth. You pull away not caring that the bottom part of your dress got rip. You fall forward from the impact, mud cover your face with your falling  tears. You look at the gray wolf that was moved its head side-to-side throwing the fabric to the side, it growl at you with saliva dripping down its jaw. 

The gray wolf jumped at you and you cover your face with your right arm as a shield while you screamed. 

“Fuck !” You jump off from bed from the horrifying memory. Getting up from the floor you rub your head, “Damn nightmare, damn wolf, and damn Kaname.” Looking at the bed you saw a pair of white clothes folded nicely on the corner of the bed, you walk towards it and unfolded it. “Seriously ?” It was the night class uniform. You look at it distaste not because you hated the night class but you hated Kaneme. “Well, I don’t have any clothes because vamp-shit rip it.” You sigh and walk to the bathroom. 

Walking out of Kaname bedroom you look around the hall to see it empty, “What time is it ?” You whisper to yourself. “If Kaname isn’t here I’m pretty sure he’s in class with the others vampire.” 

“Maybe your right, maybe your wrong.” Grabbing a pretty looking vase you throw it at the direction of the voice from behind. The person quickly caught the vase before it hits its pretty face. 

“Who are you ?” You ask growling narrowing your eyes at the blond headed male with blue eyes. 

The blond headed flicks his hair making it shine and giving you his ‘charm,’ “I’m Aido, and who are you my mistress ?” 

“My name is none of your fucking business.” You said with a glare. 

Aido gave you a sharp glare with a growl. He look at you up and down and then his eyes widen a little, “Wait, aren’t you (Y/N) ?” 

You crossed you arms to your chest and let out a huff, “Yeah, so ?” 

“Shouldn’t you be dead ?” He raises a brow. You quickly but your arms to the side, ‘Dead ? What does he mean ?’   

“Um, no…I’m still alive, I’m not a vampire if your thinking about that.” 

“I know your not a vampire…Is that…You dyed last month.” That made you to fall to your knees. You couldn’t believe what he was telling you, you didn’t want to believe his words. Everybody think your dead, you dyed last month? That freaking Kaname, he made everyone think you’re dead. 

Anger grew in you and you stood up slowly, you look down making your (H/C) cover half your face. ‘That baster ! I’ll kill him !’ 

“Aido…” Think and talk about the devil and he shall come. 

Aido shook from head to toes from fear when he heard Kaname call his name, he turn around slowly only to get slap on the face and fall to the floor. “You should be in class. What are you doing here ?” Kaname look down at Aido with glowing red eyes. 

“I-I was just get-getting m-my stuff Lord Kaname.” Shutter Aido trying his best not to look up and face Kaname. Kaname glare down at Aido, if looks could kill he should be dead right now and right there literally. 

“Get out.” Growled Kaname. 

Aido got up quickly and like a flash he was gone. 

Kaname turn his head to you giving you his warm brown eyes and his warm close smile, “(Y/N), you’re up.” 

“Don’t (Y/N) me ! Tell me Kaname, did you told everyone that I was dead ?” You glared at him and cross your arms. 

“I can not lie to the woman I love, so yes, I did told everyone that you were dead.” Kaname said simple like he was talking about the weather. 

“You dirty vampire baster ! How dare you-“ A slap was earn on your left cheek making your face to move to the other side. You turn to face Kaname with widen eyes, he just slap you.

“Didn’t I told you that a woman like you shouldn’t cuss ?” He said giving you a disappointment look. 

You glare at him hard and was about to punch him but he grab your fist and pull you close to him. “Now now, you shouldn’t fight my princess. Are you hungry ?” He nuzzle his face on your neck smelling your sweet scent of blood. 

“Let go of me !” You yelled out, struggling to get out from Kaname. 

“I’ll take that as a yes. Come, I’ll lead you to the kitchen.” He grab both of your wrist just using one hand and drag you to the kitchen. 

“Will you like an apple ?” Kaname ask holding out a red apple with the palm of his hand. You look at the apple, it was delicious in your eyes but you didn’t want it afraid that it was poisonous. Quickly you look away from the delicious apple. 

Kaname sigh, “It’s not poisonous if that’s what you’re thinking. C’mon, take the apple my dear ~” He again pursue you with the red apple with a small ‘friendly’ smile. You look back at the apple and slowly took it from him, it was a bit wet bringing it a nice shine around the red surface. You open your mouth and brought the apple to your mouth and took a bite from it. You moan from the sweet sensation from the apple as your teeth start to crush it into tiny pieces, you swallow the small bite of the apple and continue on eating it. 

Kaname look at you with a smile, you didn’t know what he was hiding because of that smile and you didn’t like it. Looking back at Kaname you saw three of him, everything around you got dizzy and multiply into three. The kitchen around you starts to spin and you fall to the floor, the apple roll off from your hand to the other side of the kitchen, Kaname tilt his head to the side while looking down at you with amusement. 

“My poor (Y/N), you shouldn't had talk to that pathetic Aido, then you shouldn’t have been in this problem just like Snow White.” He said. Kaname got into one knee and grab  your chin with two finger forcing you to look at him. “Now, your going to sleep and when you wake up again you will wake up as the princess you once were. Sleep my love because tomorrow you will be reborn.” 

Slowly your eyes were about to shut close. 

“Sleep…” He whisper and you did what he said. You slept like Snow White.
